Your responsibilities
Business Relationship Owner: Owns the relationship and builds strong connections with key account decision makers. Coordinates internal stakeholders and manages cross-functional communication and partnerships. Business Plan Responsibility: Collaborates with Brand, Marketing and Product teams to develop multi-year business plans. Build strategies and develop tactics to accelerate growth. Create and implement promotional plans tailored to consumer buying habits and account promotional calendar. Provide input on product sufficiency and manage product lifecycle. Operational Plan Responsibility: Build and execute the annual operational plan to exceed revenue targets and deliver defined KPIs. Sell Through Activities: Drive sell-through utilizing insights & analytics and coordinating with Marketing to drive traffic and create awareness. Manage in-season negotiations and promotional investments. Order Book Ownership: Own the customer category order book and ensure that the order book is tightly managed according to internal policies and to the customer order book expectations (alignment with order entry through to delivery on time, in full). Follows up and challenges. Drive Operational Efficiencies: For these accounts, become the expert and provide input to internal teams on expectations related to operational excellence. Work with Finance/Customer Service/Dealer Service teams to complete chargeback analysis and identify root causes. Forecasting: Own the revenue forecasting at category level. Work collaboratively with Demand Planning/Operations to ensure inventory levels are sufficient to maximize availability and revenue. Own the forecasting for major promotional events to maximize revenue and sell-thru. Sell In Activities: Manage sell-in processes for online/digital accounts, coordinate with product content team to list products that convert. Ensure product catalog is managed effectively. Customer P & L Management: Manage agreements for in-season investments and promotional activity. Ensure charge back cost lines are managed and reduced to agreed target levels. Matrix Management: Build strong relationships across the matrix (Operations/Customer Experience/Finance/Marketing) to facilitate operational excellence for the customer and ensure that all key stakeholders are regularly updated on business progress Work closely with the North American leadership to team to build out and align on GTM strategies and tactics

Your profile
Bachelor's (Preferred) 4 years working in a sales role with large regional or national accounts Strong understanding of the outdoor and snow sports apparel, footwear and equipment business Strong knowledge in EDI, Microsoft product suite, Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Persuasive and influential personality with an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset Delivering results & meeting customer expectations Strong relationship management capability as well as strong communication skills with cultural awareness, managing external customer needs and manage the Mammut Sports internal matrix - connects well with people at all levels High business acumen with an ability to manage category across all levels Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data, with the ability to apply commercial acumen for decision making Strong presentation, selling and negotiation skills Nimble and Agile mindset and a customer focus and orientation Positive, enthusiastic and action orientated Fluency in English both spoken and written Ability to Commute - based on the greater Denver/Boulder area
